What are the return & exchange conditions?

You can return or exchange an item if it meets all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The item is returned in its original condition.
  • The item includes all original packaging, tags, components, and accessories.
  • The item shows no signs of wear, alteration, damage, odor, or improper handling.
Who pays the shipping charges for returns?
  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the store will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other approved returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
When should I expect my refund to be completed?

Once the review is completed, you will be notified whether the refund has been approved or declined. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout within 7 business days after approval.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Where can I view the progress of my delivery?

All orders include access to tracking information. Once your order has been shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent. A separate shipping update email containing tracking details may also be sent, allowing you to monitor your package from dispatch to delivery.
